Kole Tang Or Yellow Tank For My 100Ltr?

Hello,

I want either a yellow tang or a kole tang which is easier to look after and how big will they grow in my tank??

100 litres is too small for both species.

No it's 80cm long and 30cm high it really quite big! Which would u mostly reccomend and how big do they get??

yes, It's still too small, you would be looking at something like a 3*2*2 feet minimum and thats pushing it for a yellow tang, they can get to about 8 inches in length. Same for the Kole tang.

Kole tangs only grow to 15cm max don't they!!

They grow to be about 18cm max, which is way too big for a 100l tank. Tangs get big, like to swim and are more susceptible to disease and parasites compared to most other fish. All of these reasons mean a MINIMUM tank size of about 230l for any of the smaller sepcies tangs, like the kole tang.

agreed on your tank being to small.

Don't stress to much about the damsel, if the behavior continues, then just switch foods. No biggie.
