Hi all,
I have after much searching and blank faces in stores found Kleen Off Ammonia which ticks the box for my fish less cycle.
(The lady in the shop asked if i was going to kill the fish with the ammonia, had to smile as i told about the fish less cycle sounding like a nerd!!but was happy she showd concern for fish
will be going back there for ammonia when its needed)
But....
I cant get my test kit until the w/e would you recommend testing my water first before adding the ammonia
or
Adding the ammonia now and testing the water then? and having the fluval edge im not 100% sure as to how much ammonia needs to be
added. I was looking at the Calc on the beginners forum page but got a little lost. Any help would be great.
Also im thinking i may add more gravel just to add "gravel banks" for depth perception for the fish as and when i get them, is this a good idea? Its all looking a bit gravel flat in the old Fluval at the moment.
