Hi
Just thought I would register for some possible answers.

Here is a pic of my Juwel 60L tank and the Gouramis (which were four) have died in as many days.

I did have a rogue fish (bully) which kept chasing the others and as a result, some tetras, 2 of my Tiger Barbs and one Gourami died due to being constantly knocked (maybe).
This fish was disposed of 2 days ago :-( and The rest of the comunity (Red platys, Neons who have since gone blue and red again as they dont seem stressed anymore and Tiger barbs) are all doing fine apart from the three remaining Gouramis who showed little signs of exitement and seemed to give up then died one by one.

I am absolutely gutted and do not know if this was a result of the original problem or something else so I darent replace them.

Are Kissing Gouramis hard to keep?
Do they live at a different temp to others (the tank is 28 degrees)?
Were they still stressed about being chased?

Thank You
Paul

the pic dont work... i kept kissing guaramis before, and they were pretty easy for me... i kept them at 24 celcius, try doing that. the fact that neons are doing better than the guaramis is freaky

The tiger barbs need to be in a much larger tank, no less than a 20gal as they are very active fish.
Stress can cause death and desease, gouramis are not hardy fish and are very prone to bacterial infections.
