Killer Tiger Barbs

Hey, two of may smallest tiger barbs were found dead this morning. Missing their eyes! yuk.
Thet were alot smaller than the larger ones, could the have been savagely murdered. Has any one had any experience of this?

It's probable that the eyes went after death. What other clues do you have? Any discolouration of the dead ones or the remaining ones? What do they live with? How long have you had them?

Not really, i spotted one swimming on his side on the bottom of the tank last night.
They looked slightly green on their underside. THe others seem more than healthy.
They live with two indiam gourami and a bulldog plec.

Need water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, swimming on there side could be a bacterial infection, have they blown up in the tummy area, what does i look like when they go to the toilet, also check for sign of flicking and rubbing againtst objects, and laboured breathing though they can do that with a bacterial infection as well.
Plus it's normal for tiger barbs to have some green on them.
Plus what do you feed your fish.
