Khuli Feeding Schedule

Hey guys, I picked up 6 really nice Khulis a week ago, I'm just wondering how anyone else feeds them. At the moment I'm using flake in the morning (my tetra usually get all that!) and flake + sinking pellet after lights out. I'm gonna go and pick some blood worm up for them today which I think I'll feed to them on Mondays and Fridays. Any thoughts on this schedule? Any info would be good as this is the first time I've kept Khulis!

our khulis live with a cory mix ( julii,melistai & pandas) and boris our betta. we feed them boodworm/mosquito larvae - black,white or red, /brine shrimp or daphina out of the frozen cubes twice a week in between its flake, hikari micro wafers micro wafers or dried tubifex cubes, along with the odd hikari algae or catfish tablet.
graet little fish & they esp love the defrosted frozen beasties. we feed small amounts twice a day, usually around 0930am & 1730 pm
