Day 1 (29th August) - Added 5ml Ammonia (9.5%), Ammonia showing 5 ppm
Day 2 - Ammonia 5 ppm
Day 3 - Ammonia 3.7 ppm
Day 4 - Ammonia 3.7 ppm
Day 5 - Ammonia 2.4ppm (Nitrite and Nitrate test kits arrived today so will test for them later too)
Day 6 - Ammonia 2.4ppm Nitrite - 0.1 ppm
Day 7- Amm 2.4 ppm. Nitrite 0.25 ppm. Nitrate 75ppm - not sure if anythings taken place yet as my ammonia is still high, can anyone advise??
Day 8 - Amm 2.4 ppm. Nitrite 1ppm. Nitrate 100ppm (Is this normal?)
Day 9 - Amm 2.4ppm. Nitrite 1.5ppm. Nitrate 75 ppm, seem normal
Day 12 (missed 10 & 11 as I was away) Amm 0.1ppm - woohoo!!! Now to add another 5ml of ammonia and away we go!!!!

You might have put some tap water in with heavy nitrate content (as we did). If cycle slows down do a 100% water change and redose - worked for us

So i should do a 100% water change and then re-dose again with 5ml ammonia?? Just to be clear

my first tank (60L) hasnt dropped Ammonia either im on day 7.
And just to be clear...you have to take the Ammonia level to 4/5ppm...there is a calculator in the begginers section to calculate how much you need to add x

I started with 5ml of ammonia, i think my first 3 or so days it had actually dropped to 3.7ppm but because the colours on my chart are quite similar i mistook it for 2.4ppm instead of 3.7ppm, defo down to 2.4 now though! I think i'm just gonna wait until this weekend and see what happens and then ask on here for further advice

I'm also using the Add and Wait method, so i'm going to wait until the ammonia drops to 0ppm before re-dosing
