Now i know next to nothing about plants but i've just bought a bigger tank and i've decided to go with more plants and wood rather than tacky looking plastic bits (ignore the easter island head, he's excluded
)
I love the way it looks at the moment, i want a few more plants at the back, some java moss for the wood and coconut caves (not in the pic)
Anyways my question is how do i keep it all looking like this? my tank is 83UK gallons and has 160watts of light and every plant has a root tab under it. Is there anything else i should be doing? heres a list of whats in there:
1 Echinodrus mix
1 Echinodrus cordifolius marble queen
1 Echinodrus rosea
3 Cryptocoryne beckettii
1 Cryptocoryne Wendtii
2 Hygrophilia Polysperma
1 Lindernia Rotundifolia
3 Java Fern
1 unkown (on the far left and at the back, any ideas?)
unless i can change the bulbs for brighter theres no way i can add more lighting and not sure i want to go down the co2 route. I don't want them growing like crazy i just want to keep them healthy
