Is there any way I can keep my floating plants where I want them? Was thinking of putting a piece of string or something simular to hold them in one half of the tank but if there any 'magic method?'

My little tetra love the floating plants but they keep drifting over in the force of the filter outlet and being blown around the tank so I always end up with what looks like a tank full of jellyfish as the plants float around! the plants then all gather in a big clump behind the filter and look really messy!

I really like the plants when they are in place and any advice on how to keep them put would be appreciated!

Thanks

hi, you could try altering the angle of the filter outlet so that the plants all stay where you want them. :good:

That's how Ive done it in the past. Of course, when the lights went out and the air bubbles came, things moved around a bit before resettling. I don't like floating plants in high current tanks. They work on my 55g, but in my 92g corner, with the FX5 filter, they get ruined. Love frogbit....good luck.
