Keeping Discus

What does the temperature and pH have to be for keeping Discus?

The higher temperatures of that profile are best, though they will do fine in water ph 7 or even slightly higher, and 30 gallons is really not suitable for a group of discus. Water quality and stability is more important then anything with these guyes.

Temps are best between 83 - 86 degrees.
PH as long as it is stable is not a problem. My water is a PH of 7.5 I have read people who have their fish in a PH of 8 with no problems.
