Hi, i have a betta reserved on k.g bettas and am now wanting to buy it but i cant seem to get hold of anyone. ive emailed serveral times but no answer. does anyone know of any other contact? thanks.

Same problem here!!!!!!! I have 4 on order I have paid my money weeks ago, but like you no replies. I have emailed again today, but if I get know answer I'm going to do a paypal chargeback!.

I understand that, however, He said payment should be made within 3 days, I paid 3 weeks ago, so for 3 weeks he has had my money, and now a week has gone by without communication.

I don't understand why he is not getting back, there must be a reason for it. Kevin has always been very good with me given he is sometimes a little slow on postage but thats it i alwasy get my bettas.

All i can say is sit tight for a couple more days i'm sure it will all be fine

The other day he emailed me and said his internet is fooked. So that must be why he's not replying and with the postal probs is why he's not posting. He's good for it, but I can imagine the waiting must be killer!

Kev was having big problems with his internet connection... The wires were cut through in the road or something similar... I am waiting for a Betta too but i'm sure there is a good reason for Kev not to let us know.

Right I've just rung Kev up and advised him of the problems you are all having, should get a call back tomorrow hopefully and I'll update you all ?

But Kev won't stiff anyone so don't stress, without internet he is knackered so be patient a while longer everyone.

Hi all sorry i havnt answered emails and thing had problems and even now if somone sends me one i get it four times so have over 700 emails cant delete as they just come back so getting through them still have slow connection not 100% so site wont load to update sale and fish on hold... i know who has paid as have had paypal and can get on there just.... all fish ok and feeding well but will post as soon as i get a clear day that post will be picked up?? had my post office call me as had sent some tuesday but were not picked up so had to go and collect them and rehome.. so have now will have to wait again so please post this on any other forums so others know what is happening and im sorry i have been promised that i will have full connection by the weekend the easy way to contact me is on my mobile 07984801331 this is posted on aquarist classified so i dont mind it being put on other forums but please be aware and warned i will answer but may be unable to talk so may have to call back thank you or use my email at kevellen6@hotmail.com as that seem to work ok.....so if any one can post this on tff thanks as is please....

Went over to Stoke today to collect the Betta's i had ordered... Kev is still working through the backlog of emails that he's had and is hoping to be on top of things soon.....
All Fish are fine and are being very well cared for...
For anyone living near to Stoke it could be well worth the trip out to collect fish you have on hold... You may even get a freebie!!!!
For those who live to far away please rest assured you will get your fish.
