Hello all and I hope the new year is going well okay to business I have set up my Juwel Trigon 190 and may I add my first ever tank my question is how did you set your water flow up ? and what did you find best ?

Anyone else want to get in on this and give a bit of advise I made a very simple plan view of the cabinet yellow is the screen. The box at the back is the filter , pump and heater housing no1 is were water is drawn in no2 is the exit flow of the pump (which can be deflected by a selection of nozzles which I have) and the blue arrows (no3) are the way I got it running at the moment. kind of coming out the box and pointing to the front middle of the tank using bubbles it shows the water heading in two directions.

Do you think that is okay or should I set it up to run round the tank in one direction ? I have scoured Juwels instructions and website and I cannot find one bit of advise on the matter ?

ive the same tank and wondered the same thing, however after the second water change and cleaned my filter im not bothered any more , my fish play in the current no matter which way i point the nossle

yeah the set up you describe is fine.

i had two externals on mine, one at each of the flat back sides pointing out into the middle

thanks for your feed back I have kept it the way in the diagram and my first 4 fish (zebra Danio's) love it that way
