Juwel Replacement Light ! Mine Has Fused

Looks like they've changed the design then. Mine definitely needs both tubes working to start up.

Mine only needs one tube. Last night I took the hood off to check the size on the bulb. Anyways, I put the light on to check if it was still not working and it did come on but only very weak light each on one end of the tube. Has it fused or is it because of damp or something. Well I just have to wait until i get the replacement bulb

Fish do need light, just like we do for vitamins . Though naturally some fish are adapted to live without it, and they can live without it for a long time, so no lights going to hurt much.

We have light!! Its nice being able to see my fish again and the fry is still alive! The interpet daylight play is a great lighting! looks better than the old juwel lighting. Thanks for all the advice guys! B)
