has anyone found that with the juwel plastic hoods after a while the flap doesnt fit back into the lid properly?

Heat of the light tube sometimes causes them to warp slightly. Turn it over from time to time,

Had 3, still got 2, never had that problem Have you checked that crud hasn't built up on the edge of the flap or the rim it drops into?

Other than that I've no idea.

yeh i cleaned it so no dirt
