Hi we have had a Juwel Rekord tank for 5 months (first time at fish keeping) and the pump has stopped working - we have checked the obvious ie change fuse in plug etc but it would appear to be the pump.
The unit seems to be an all in one - can we just change the pump.
will the fish be ok whilst we try to get a new pump
Do we have to empty the tank to change the pump - what can I transfer the fish into - we only have the one tank
Any suggestions would be most welcome we have 35 fish and are worried that we might lose them !
