Juwel Lime Stone 3D Background.

My tank was a hand me down from a relative. The BG is currently painted (on the outside) bright blue. I'd like to replace this with one of the Juwel textured backgrounds. The Tank is already setup and has fish, plants and snails. Has anyone tried adding a background to an already setup tank? How do you prevent Bactria build up for example?

Totally agree and when you fit it make sure its a snug fit with a complete silicon seal all the way around fish have a nagging habit of getting round the back then your in trouble. Also if you do not have a good seal waste products can get behind then you have a nasty source of Ammonia that is not easy to get rid off.
