Juwel Filter, Should I Take It Out?

i recently got more kribs for my 240 litre, and i want to know should i take out the juwel filter in it as i hear it can suck up fry into the intake.

or should i just leave i... currently i have a fluval u4 running along side it, thanks!

i was wondering should i remove the filter itself from the tank so it dosent suck up the fry as it does with debris and stuff or would it be ok??
