i bought one for my juwel tank it fits on the powerhead and sprays water at top of the surface thus giving more oxagon in the water my fish seem a lot better since i fitted mine

I have one, but I only use it if I'm medicating to increase O2. In a planted tank increased surface disturbance is supposed to accelerate the escape of CO2 which is bad.

I might use it if/when I have a higher stock level in the tank. But I find it too noisy to be on all the time if its not necessary!
