Well, since the aucion just ended I'm sure he hasn't gotten the fish yet. And who are you to school in using pics, you took my pic without asking for your betta profile and if I remeber right you took someone else's banner as your own in the banner contest then gave credit AFTER he called you on it.

yes I didnt take the picture, I did not once claim to have taken the picture. I believe i said i just won the auction, I did not take credit for taking said picture. I do take credit for buying said fish. The fish is now mine. I dunno the rules as per se about BOTM, but the fish is mine and i posted the pic. i did not pander for said BOTM nominations. So should the fish/me be penalized that i didnt take the picture? The likeness is now my property, and that is what i am portraying here.

exactly my point to you? I did not try to pass this picture off as i took it, just passed the fish off as mine. So what is your point? I never claimed to have taken the picture.geez, i swear , I got one forum member bumping my bid up for the fish and now another busting my chops about the picture I am showing off what i bought. All i can say to the people that have caused me grief over this fish , is i hope someone does it to you. Thanks to everyone for the nice PMs i have recieved.

Sorry about the hassle you had getting this fish and since posting this thread.
I love your new bettas colours and he deserves the BOTM noms. I cannot see any reason why he shouldn't be nominated just because you did not take the pic. Isn't BOTM a comp that the fish is entered into NOT the photo itself. (I know the photo shows off what the fish looks like and if the photo isn't too good then the fish isn't shown to it's true potential.)

well lets just say , this person will reap what they sew....as for 55 gallon dude if he wants to get all technical and cry baby about something then take it to the powers that be. But he didnt mention that he caught me on MSN about it and told me the same thing over and over and then comes to the forums and does the same thing here. I was cordial and nice when he PM'd me on it but to keep on and on about it is somehing else. How many times is he supposed to "not be mean or anything"?
They are welcome to my culls but for a price now. I will give them away to anyone else but them. They have to pay for them.
