Just Watched My Cherry Barbs Spawn!

I thought it was pretty interesting, actually. I'm making no attempt to save any eggs because I'd much rather my fish provide a free snack for themselves and the other fish. I just thought it was pretty cool! I have noticed that they've chosen the same territories my rams have chosen. The rams are putting up with the barbs' new guarding, but I think it's kind of funny to watch each pair get booted out by a few feisty male barbs. All the fish have only been in the tank for about a month. This is the first spawn I've seen.

Awesome news! Perhaps one or two will survive the all you can eat buffet!

Yeah, that would be pretty cool! If my corydoras don't find them, they may do well in my sister's new 29 gallon once it is cycled. It would be neat to raise up some babies.
