Just wanted to say hi to everyone!

Hello everyone, just started (last thursday) with a spanking new Juwel Vision 260. Its a monster and my TV is getting jealous at its size.

Havent run a tropical tank for about 9 years and me and my partner are having another go at it. Im pretty sure im going to be pestering on here for advice every now and again. Already after help in the Beginers Forum. lol

Was gonna stick a pic in of my tank, but not a clue how to stick it in lol

Anyway, for any assistance i get, i thank you in advance. Cheers

to post an image of ur tank go to Member's Aquarium and Fish Pictures and then go to File Attachments tto add ur pic, it needs to be 100k or under.
Another option is to host ur image on a site, then get the url of the picture and put it between this code

or u can just click the IMG button in the code buttons area.

Fuzzy quoted above with regard to posting pics, just thought I mention that a good host site to use to post your URL's from is Photobucket. It free to register and easy to use, once you have uploaded the pics you want you just copy and paste the url that is under the picture in between the

quotes and you are away. Good Luck

I'm very jealous at your situation. I did the same re-start after a few years, and have never looked back! With experience and an 'new' appreciation, you're probably going to fly! Many different 'additions', re-do's, fussing about, etc. But this time, it lasts..

You're in good company here, trust me.

B) Skimpy, just went to the site to add pics, and there not allowing new registration to the free bit currenlty, so still cant post a pic of my tank. Dont have a site to add it too, just to download from pc, so i guess ill look into this further later.

As for what im going to get no idea currently, previously i had a lovely setup, with very healthy beautiful fish, i had, the obvious guppies, neons, swordtails, clown loach, plec (he got to be a big boy, had to find a new home for him years ago) red siamese fighter. red tailed shark, even a couple of crabs. and a few others i cant remember their names.

I know i DO want another siamese (you call em Bettas dont you) their such an elegant fish to keep. got to have neons and guppies to keep the good lady happy I already have a selection of real plants in there and there growing already. some nice slate, a castle ruin my partner bought and a rock thing. few sea shells i got whislt diving last year and some plastic bottom plants for any fry to hide in.

I could do with a few BIG fish in there as the tank is soooooooo big. so suggestions would be good guys n girls.
