Just To Introduce Myself

Hi,
My names Ian and I thought it would be best to introduce myself. I have had tropical fish before when I had a 6ft Community Tank. I have now started keeping fish again after a 10 year break and I have to admit that things have changed a bit since I last kept fish. There are alot more aids in keeping your aquarium in tip top condition and the general equipment seems to be slightly better designed. at the moment I have a 129Ltr Community Tamk but can see myself expanding to a larger tank very soon.

Yeah, things have changed and improved a lot over the years and it can be quite confusing to pick up again after a 10 year break. But it's also very exciting learning new things

to the forum Ian, Like you i have just started again after about 15 years or more, theres a lot more to it now, in the old days we use to put the fish in a bucket with the heater empty the tanks wash the gravel replace it all fill up with water and heat it up then put in fish the good old days Ivor
