Just Starting Up With Tropical Fish

Hi there i thought i would put a post on here, As i need some general help on what i need to start up with a new tropical set up, I have seen a tank i am intrested in a juwel vision 180, But apart from this dont know what else i need and what make of equipment is the best reefs, can i use live sand or not ,. Could someone try and help thank you very much andy!!

Most of the traffic in this sections deals with freshwater fish. There's a few marine keepers that read it, but you'll get a much faster answer there.
