looks pretty good. you really should get some more live plants for the otos tho. broad-leaf ones if you can.

Hey just so you know all my plants were kept in a low tech setup before my biocube(except the broad leaf in the back right corner)... i had one of those goldfish minibow plastic tanks with the stock light... they didnt shoot up over night but they did pretty good...

I don't use ferts or anything either. Mine get natural light from the window.

mine didnt get any natural light its in a corner of the room away from the window and then windows under the porch roof so doesnt get too much light anyways... if i can determine my types of plants ill let ya know its been a while so i am not positive...
