They are very easy to keep. They are very calm and stay small, but they are a schooling species. You should keep at least 6 or 7 of them together. If you want, you can buy different cories for them to live with - all 7 of them don't have to be albino. Most species of cory all get along just fine. I once had a cory shoal made up of green, albino, leopard, and panda cories.
Make sure that your substrate is very fine. Either tiny gravel or sand is a must. Cories have sensitive barbles that can be damaged by larger gravel.
