somone just gave me a nice big tank for free. its a 3' and has its own cupboard thing verry nice. now i just have to save up for a good filter that can handle 200 litres

Well i have been naughty i just spent £60 on a heater and filter for the new tank. im now skint for the next fortnight. Does anyone know how long i have to leave the tank running for it to sycle
