Just Got My New Plants

Evening all

I've just received the plants i ordered the other, problem is i don't plan on sorting the tank until Sunday. Do you think they will be fine as they are in the packaging? or would it be better to put them in water until Sunday?

The packing consist of water soaked news paper inside air tight plastic.

Im pretty sure ill need to put them in water but wanted to double check.
