ive just won this on ebay


i think its quite a good deal considering what it comes with

...saltwater tank setup im thinking

will have ten foot of tank in my room now

Wow, I think its a good deal! It holds about 70 US gal or 53890.56 teaspoons of water, LOL. Here is a link to a calculator that I use http/www.danios.0catch.com/danio/Tankmaster.html

Works wonders when trying to figure out the differences in tank sizes.

becuase this ones going to be saltwater. I think i will do a diary of setting it all up. As i probably will get it drilled, and make a sump for it etc

its going to be wicked!

just got the tank into my room, and it is MASSIVE!

im a little concerned about the weight in my room now!

that's the same calculator I have on my website. It is a pretty nifty one and took me ages of surfing to find, you could have told me about it weeks ago and saved me the trouble

Heres a pic of my current FW tank, its going through some changes at the mo and should look a little better next week.

And heres a couple of pics of my new tank. Nothing has been done yet as we have to do something to support the extra weight (up to 300kg ). But hopefully over the next month or so i should start building it up.

lol, i was really looking forward to getting it all set up, but ive 'forced' myself to do this one properly. Marine is soo expensive, i cant afford to do it wrong.

So far, ive just been testing the equipment and replacing/ fixing/ cleaning things. Ie the eheim needed a new impeller etc. But so far so good. Ive put some base rock in there to give me an idea of how things will look and im just putting my plans all together
