Just bought a new 50g tank!!

He'd sell me the whole setup for 300$ CDN including tank, filter, lighting, substarte, stand, decorations, syphon, buckets, ... Crazy deal

I've never seen this tank but i know it's less than 10 years old and he is still running it until he sells it. He doesn't have time to care for it anymore.

He has 5 rainbow sharks in it between 5 and 8 inches he will give me if I want, but I am not sure I will take them. He will sell tham back to his lfs if I don,t want them.

My friend will send me a pic and also the dimensions of the tank.

I think I have a good spot for it but I will be moving next spring/summer so I'm not sure I would fill it up yet

Only downside is he lives in quebec city and i'm in montreal... 3 hour drive!

But it would be worth it

I have no clue what to put in it yet and as i said, I'll be moving in a few months so i might not set it up yet.

Anyway, maybe some more cichlids (angels perhaps) and danios
Gouramis would be fun too.

I also have to let my dad lend me his car to go to quebec... I'm sure he'll agree, especially since he won't be there between christmas and new year's

Now I just have to get over there

My friend is expecting a baby anytime now over there anyway so I'll get a chance to see my little "nephew" at the same time
