Just Became A Grandma!

I was heading over to feed my guppies breakfast...and whoa! I see a little gray thing zinging back and forth....one of my females had dropped her fry! I didn't think any were going to be due until next week because they didn't look very large! By the time I grabbed my net I had managed to save 11 from being eaten - not the whole drop but better than none!
So excited...I put them in their "nursery" and can not wait to see what they look like when they grow!!!

congrats! i have about 20 guppy babies. my females gave birth during the night. i like having the cute little babies swimming around. i didnt use a breeder box or net. i let nature take its course and natural selection decided who would survive. also i dont keep my tank in the dark, the fish love the sunlight!
