Just Adopted Glass Catfish -Advice Needed Urgently

Just brought home a few unwanted fish whose owner was emigrating tomorrow. Among them was one tiny 3cm glass catfish(yes I know they need to be in groups). Its tankmates included 3 different tetra and an upsidedown catfish. Tetra and syno are going in with my 3 spot gourami 8in common plec and shoals of tetra and beacons (for company)This tank has a gravel bottom.Would it be better to put glass cat in with them too or in another sand substrate tank with paradise fish and corries?

I would put them in the tank with paradise fish. I've had 3 spots gourami in the past and they've got pretty big so I wouldn't add 3cm fish in with them. Paradisefish can be very aggressive or very peaceful but the Glass catfish would be safer with them than with 3 spot gourami.
