Just A Quick Question On Guppys

i am getting 2 guppys tomorrow.
will they be ok with ruummynose tetras, a suckin loach, 6 plattys, 2 black phantoms,
and an albino cleaner.

its best to keep the tetras in groups of six or more they mite nip the guppies tails.

What size tank and what are you calling an Albino Cleaner? Sucking Loaches are usually CAEs, which will get large and become very aggressive. If that's what you have, I would not risk Guppies with them and I'd also look into rehoming him.
