how do i get a pic from my logitech folder on to the message screen on here anyone?

First you need to upload the photo to somewhere on the internet. I use www.ringo.com but there are many others.

Once it is up on the internet you get the address for the image and then you can put it into a post.

For example.

I have a photo on my PC. I go to Ringo and upload the photo.
Once the photo is uploaded I view it. I can get the address by right clicking on the photo and going to "properties". Then I just highlight the address, right click on it and select copy.

Now when I post a message I can either click on the little button to post an image (it is under fonts and looks like a picture of the sun rising over gren hills) and paste the address in or I can use the html tags. use {img} and {/img} but replace {} with []

Example:
Putting in:
{img}http/www.fishforums.net/style_images/1/logo4.gif{/img}
gives you:
