I was thinking due to having a lot of other fish in my tank and only three guppies, would it be better to pass three on or just keep males, as I do not want them to breed. Is it cruel not to breed them? I would only have to get rid of one female as I was told two males would stress her.
Other option was to buy a small tank.
How small though as I am told they need a lot of space was thinking of a bi orb.
I am moving my large fish to a bigger tank but really feel too new to this to cope with fry. They will be eaten if left in my tank and the new large one.
I also need to know if I keep them how many of each species to start with and how many to keep in the bi orb.

If you want Guppies, yet don't want to breed, just keep males. It's best to have at least 5 to spread out aggression.

The smallest you could really keep a trio of Guppies in is a 10 gallon. Your bi-orb is going to be too small for them. I'd stick with all males in your case.

Thanks. It's just that I have them at the moment and I am looking at ways to host all my fish properly.

Then I'd either put them in the larger tank and just do survival of the fittest with the fry, or get a 10 gallon and get a few more females to bring the ratio up to 2-3 females per male. :)
