Hey guys. I was in a pet store, cheating on my other LFS. All of a sudden, this guy brought in mega bags of plats. I recognized what I thought to be 2 different types of valisneria and another bountiful plant that would have been very appetizing to my fish. I had been looking for Gigantea without luck locally, and I was set to order it and other plants online. The guy I dealt with had no idea, and he called it Jungle Valisneria. It looks clealry like Gigantea to me. Do they simply rename it due to invasive species issues, or is there really a Jungle Valisneria?
P.S. I helped the plant seller with his cart, and, unfortunately, before I got a chance to talk to him after realizing what he had brought in, he was gone. I would have loved to pick his brain and asked about other things he sells...well, what r u gonna do?
