Jungle Parasite Clear + Maracyn?

I posted a while ago about how I woke up to find Jaser with fast-progressing fin rot and pale patches on his body. He is recovering a bit from the fin rot, though not as quickly as I'd like, with Maracyn. However, he has developed little pocks in his face that look IDENTICAL to some photos of HITH I've seen. An internal parasitic problem would make sense, and could explain why he isn't responding to treatment well; he was in a tank full of other fish when I got him, and had not only the worse case of Ich I've ever seen (took three rounds of treatment to kill it all), but also has been very disease prone for the month or two I've had him. I mean everything from columnaris to fin rot, and I keep him in completely pristine, perfect water conditions.
Anyways, I'm wondering if it is safe to mix Jungle Parasite clear and Maracyn? When I take him off of the anti-biotic, the fin rot gets worse, but I'd like to treat the HITH asap as one of the holes is awfully close to his eye socket. He is eating well so I am feeding him an anti-parasitic food, but I don't think it is enough.

Thanks! I hope to clean his tank tonight, so any opinions would be great.

You will need another med for hole in the head.

Metronidazole (Flagyl).

Metronidazole 4 mg/L for 3 to 4 days Hexamita change water with each treatment. Poorly soluble

Oh, really? The medication claimed it treated HITH. Will he be OK overnight, or no? I just doubt any LFS are open.

You could add that for now, but i would rather get a med that treated hole in the head, as some parasites meds that treat a large range of parasites only have s small amount of the med in them that is needed.

Oh, I'm def. getting the one for HITH. I just can't do it tonight as all the LFS are closed. Will he be OK overnight w/just the anti-parasitic? Or should I not bother and just do maracyn?

Read up on that med and all i can find it treats is flukes, he should be ok for tonight, just add the maracyn, good luck.
