How do I care for these little guys? There's about a hundred. The female is guarding them and they're alone in a 20 gallon. Take them out or leave them? Thanks guys

Never heard of them. What do they look like? They sound like they would be worms...

If by jelly bean you mean parrot fish, then do as you would do for other cichlids, provide small foods for the fry and feed the parents normally, and leave well alone. Cichlids are natural parent and unless they get spooked and eat their own fry they'll be fine. Personally i'd let then grow till they're free swimming then take the fry out into a growing on tank and feed with baby brine shrimp till they're big wnough to take flake.
