Jebo Skimmer: Good Or Bad?

anyone have experience with this brand of protein skimmer? its made by jebo and rated for up to 150gal tanks. selling on ebay for a buy it now price of $30 plus shipping. seems to good to be true..here is the listing:

Too good to be true. Probably the worst skimmers on the market right now, there's a reason they're that cheap.
