Java Fern Problem.

My java fern is all dying.It looked so nice and was growing so well.The leaves started to develop brown patches and die.
Will it regrow from the base stem?
What's caused it as my tank is full of plants and no other type of plant is affected?

Quite a pickle you have Stevie. Have you tested your water? Give some more info like lighting, substrate, fertiliser you have in tank. Stuff like that and maybe someone can help out.

How do you have it planted? The rhizome isn't buried, is it?
