hi room, about 3 months ago i bought a jaguar cichlid, in my 4foot tank i already had: male firemouth,a pair of zebras,a jewel, a huge kissing guorami, large red tailed shark, small clown loach (bless him lol) a huge silver shark, a black knife fish, yellow lab, small plec, and a new very large female zebra. ive been informed by a shop that this jag will in not much time at all grow and prettymuch kill my tank! but ive had him a while now, hes settled in fine and is around the same size as all the rest of the fish and never causes any trouble. what should i do???? will he turn phsyco and kill all me other fish?? im worried!

PLEASE HELP!
THANKYOU

JAMES :/

The tank is random and unpredictable as it is, but I'd say you can expect the Jag to take over eventually.

uhh yea!! !!

mine made lunch of a dominant zebra.

take heed in what freddy said, your tank is very Unpredictable and different water needs to say the least.

Parachromis managuensis is one mean mean fish when they have enough size behind them.

Definate foe i'm afraid, lovely fish but not with those tankmates. :/

Their predation methods are amazing, If I had the space I might do them again. Gorgeous coloring & patterns. LIghtening fast attacks too

thanks very much for your help ppl. i just dont understand why he has been fine for all this time. will he make mincemeat of my tank when he is fully grown??? ive had him a while and there has been no sign of any fighting..... confused
