Just got a new Dempsey but don't know if it is New World or not.

yes they are new worlds, they are from guatamala and are an awesome fish to have alot of people think that they are skittish but mine has always been very odd acting and very personable.

This one sure seems to have a lot of personality. He will go nose to nose with our large Bala but shies away from our Loaches that are not that much longer than he is.
