I've Made A Momentus Descision

What about the bathroom? I had a 2.5 gallon on the back of the toilet. It looked so purdy even the girls stood up to go.

I suggested a four foot tank in the hall. Only to be told "But we won't be able to get past it!"

awww that just reminded me of one of the worst tanks I ever saw.

was in a restaurant in paris and went to the loo and they had a fake clear plastic cistern mounted on the wall that they'd converted to a fish tank, no filter, light or anything, 1 plastic plant and a very poorly looking goldfish, the water was filthy and it was just quite obviously neglected, looked in all the cubicles and they all had the same, all in equal states of neglect. I was so upset, if my french was good enough I'd have had a right strop at the manager about it, just don't have any knowledge of fishy terms in french really also had a row with my mum and didn't like the food, what a night!

i know what you mean, I've only been keeping fish for 3 months and I am beginning to think that 4 tanks isn't enough.

we quite obviously need 7 tanks, 6 just isn't enough.

Fingers crossed I'm getting this lovely fella from Joby in a week or two. He'll have his own 5g hex to live on my bedside table, then me and Ian have matching ones but his has rincewind the redand blue CT Betta

I can totally sympathise.....we have 9 tanks in our house and everytime I bought a new one all my friends and relatives would give me this look so much so that in the end I didn't even bother sharing new purchases with them

As for the concrete floor criteria....just imagine the estate agents face when you stamp your feet throughout the house to make quite sure all floors are solid, there are plenty plug sockets ALL around the walls and you then claim to be making sure the house is right for your fish Sound slike something I would do hehe

ha ha yup, not gonna bother telling my mum about the new tank, i'll tell me dad though it's his fault i'm like this, he had fishes when I was a kid and his moving in present to me when I bought my house was a tank

made an even more momentus descision.....

getting another 2 tanks, found one I like it's bigger, cheaper and with better equipment that the one Ian has for his betta, but as we wanted them to match i'm getting 2, then we can turn his 5g hex into a little quarantine/hospital tank. won't do for the bigger fish but it's better than nothing!

were getting the betta lifespace aquariums, they're nearly 8 g and with t5 lights think our little betta's will love them!
