disclaimer- i bought this tank and inhabitants as they were. i've not added to it apart from new plants.

i've noticed that the fish in my 24g are not really active. i think my tank is actually rather overstocked.

1x 3" keyhole cichlid
2x1.5" keyhole cichlids
3x 2" rosy tetra's
5x1" glowlight rasbora's
1x2.5" clown loach
3x2" cories
4x 2.5 " long angels.
1x3" bristlenose pleco

=38.5"'s as a rough guess.

now it's written like that it's clear that it is using the 1":1g rule i'm rather in a pickle. so any suggestions for next steps? i was thinking about rehoming the clown loach...but'd still be a tiny drop in the ocean. do i try to rehome the angels? cichlids? which of these poop the most?

I'd trade in the angels, keyholes, & loach. That tank isn't big enough for any of those 3 if they were by themselves.
