oh my, they're at it ...

got my german rams about 1 month ago....

Noticed them acting 'funny' on a leaf, sort of shaking their body. Then i noticed white dots on the leaf.... about 30 of them.... ohuh!

Two of my shrimps are carrying eggs as well....


I'm now worried, as my tank is at maximum capacity,i don't know what to do with the new arrivals?

I'm also worried that the new hatchlings will be fishfood, or sucked into the filters.

don't really have space for another aquarium.

also, the female is a normal looking german ram, but the male is a golden ram, their offsprings gonna look funny....

What color are the ram eggs right now? Not sure about rams, but my new world cichlid's eggs are red. White means they are infertile.

they're milky white in colour. Will nip into LFS after work today, maybe i'll get one of those in-tank breeding net trap...or something. Too late to set up a fresh tank at the mo.


It' quite funny seeing the rams chasing the much bigger pearl gourami away..
