Just before christmas my guppy had babys, i had bought a hatchery from eBay big enought for two fish, However when i put her in it, and she had the little ones, to my amazment the babys came stright out of the slits at the side. I managed to find a old small hatchery i had years ago and saved two, the other escaped in the tank, A few hours later i noticed some hiding behined the filter and heaters at the top of the tank i tried to net them but they were to quick, the next day i bought baby fish food and a large silk plant and introduced it to the tank the babys started to hide in it after two week i let the other two out of the hatchery now i have seven babys swimming around the tank. I am glad i read this topic because i have only been feeding them twice a day i did not know you had to feed them four times is this true? Ivor

You can feed them just twice, however for them to be the healthiest and grow well, 4-6 times is best for the first few months.

Thanks Annastasia will feed them more, but wont it cloud the water

It shouldn't, as long as you don't overfeed and you keep up on your water changes.
