it's christmas time again!

my parents think i'm nuts, because every year i manage to sneak fuzzy mice presents in for my cat. then, last year we got a dog, and i snuck in a fuzzy squeaky ball for her. this year we've gotten a whooping amount of pets! yes, i include the AquaKids in my present list ^^

just wondered if anyone else is buying gifts for their pets, and what?

Simba is getting his usual packet of six fuzzy mice, and maybe a can of Seafood Pounce Treats since he loves them so much...

Fly is going to get a lion-shaped fuzzy squeaky ball...

Boo gets a new cage, a sleepy sack, two good hammies, a blankie, (all handmade) and some Toobz snacks...

Flash and Pierce gets a divided and color-coordinated-for-each-Betta Starfish...

Crumple gets the same treament, only with a new neighbor...

and the Pack gets some live brine shrimp, since they all adore the processed kind... (need some help learning how to get/hatch/whatever them)

i'm nuts ^^

no way are you crazy. any pets in our house are part of the family. the larger fuzzies have stocking just like the kids. everyone gets a treat to put in thire stockings. the not so big pets get smaller, but longer lasting treats. something like a new decoration for the tank of special food. everyone gets somethings, and when you live with young children, pets are everyone too. infact, i think the pets will get more presents then i will :kira:

i always buy presents for my dog. mostly bones, and squeky things. The fish get nothing. But theres not realy in special treats for a fish in a pond, except maybe a slug.

aww ur not mad if any1 is i am igave up a bike an a 100 pounds just so that i can give my gourgeous goldies a new tank an a lot of new ornaments dont no wa nice treat food wise i can get them an am gonna give a betta that i havent got a lovly new loving home plus ornament i cant wait awwwww yay

My parent's are getting my dogs treets. They have stockings too, as does my rabbit. I got my bunny one of those little sallad bowl things that they sell at Petsmart. I hope she likes it, I couldn't fine what I wanted to get her. My fish are getting two new friends. I'm adding two bronz cories to my tank.

My poochie got a new bed, treats, bones & squeek toys. The cat got 2 bags of treats. The bun buns got a jingly straw ball, yogurt chips, & honey sticks. The fish got 2 packs of frozen cocktail shrimp. It was pretty quiet Christmas Eve while everyone gobbled up their new treats!

Sasha gets food, she's too much dog for toys, there's not a toy in the world that she can't destroy in a few minutes. And before you say it, nope, not even those, we've spent fortunes in the past on "unbreakable" dog toys. She kills them all in under 30 minutes.

So, Sasha got munchy treats, a dog "stocking" of various foods, a cooked bone - once a year treat that she doesn't have unsupervised, she can crunch one of those up too. If she gets over enthusiastic with it and starts biting on the bone instead of the yucky "meat" we take it off her to calm down - she mostly carries it around to show people though.

Here she is Christmas morning opening her presents at my feet She doesn't even need to be told which ones are hers, she inspects them all under the tree and picks the ones that are hers.
