Itchy Fish

After a case of Ich in our tank. Our remaining Acei seems to be trying to get the other fish to bite him. Its almost like he's itchy, but rather than scratch on plants and rocks, he irritates the other fish into biting him. Why is he doing this? Our remaining community includes 4 Yellow Peacocks, 2 parrot Fish, 1 Zebra Pseudotropheus, 1 plecostomus and 1 Cory. The rest of the fish all seem fine and are behaving normally. None are displaying any signs of Ick and are all eating properly. We have a 180 liter tank, and all the levels are normal.

Anyone with any ideas?
