Itch Gourami Has 1 More Spot

Considering my tank inhabintants what should i do to treat my gourami its now got two spots and flicking. All rest are fine.

I have
6 harlequins
2 firemouth
1 bn plec
4 lepord cory dora
6 shrimp
1 gourami

Sould i do half dosage and what med is recommended.

Day 1 water life protazin

Recommendde by Miaden head aquatics.

Dosed for 115L tank as per instructions, ive tried to catch the shrimp but were un successfull. So they still in there.

4ml, 3ml 1ml and 10drops.

Spot on firemouth and 1 on corydora.

Do full dose and do not quit early because it will come back. My shrimp survived the ich treatments. Stay on top of this now is my best recommendation.

Thanks i was worried if they die the shrimp and the fish eat them will they be poisened?

Im dosing on day 1, day 2, day 4 and day 6. How long should i wait before starting the next course of dosage?
