If you take out the three middle sections of that mackerel and replace it with a large chunk of Pacu, you'll have a balloon mack. Go out and mug a local graffitti artist and steal the spray paint, and you can make a glo-balloon-mackerel. But you would need a 10 gallon for that, according to the nice kid who only really knows about cats down at Petcorporation.
