Israel Platy Swimming Then Resting

Hi all, advice and ideas please.
One of the pregnant platys is due to drop anytime. She has for this last week been very unsociable and stayed in corners, near the heater etc....not too bothered with food although she will still eat, but what is confusing me is that she is swimming then resting on anything that is beneath her(not hovering). Its not swim bladder or anything just really strange behaviour that ive not seen before.
When other fish approach her she does swim off perfectly fine then rest on something else??

Last night my guppy was resting on the heater, like what you say your fish is doing. At he same time I noticed a fry. Indeed at that point I separated her and she was actually having her fry. I would have a careful look in the tank for fry. I bet they guys on here would defo say to test the water parameters. x

Hi Bex thanks for that, she is still huge and cant see any fry to be honest.
Good point about my stats.
They are as follows Ph 7.5 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate below 20ppm. Temp 24-26.

Hi Bexx , sadly she died last night after not being able to part with the fry. They got stuck and i felt very helpless.

Hi, yeah, all others are fine as normal....just so strange with this one.
Its one of those things that i will always wonder about and put down to experience. Shall be watching the others very closely.
