Is This The Result Of Liquid Co2?

Just added some EasyCarbo to my planted 30L about 2 hours ago. It was the recommended dose and now im seeing small bubbles amongst the leaves of all the plants.
Does this usually happen after adding liquid co2?

Liquid C02 IME doesn't make plants pearl, the only things that tend to are water changes and pressurised C02. You may be the lucky one though.
